It seems that every few weeks or months, my favorite artist of the time changes. But there are a few artists that I forever hold in high esteem. Quite possibly my favorite artist bar-non is the brilliant Astor Piazzolla. To this day I have not found any music as beautiful or passionate as his - and I never tire of it. His Tango: Zero Hour album is one of his best. Take a listen.

La Sal Mountains. Ywen’s “Spur of the Moment 3600mi Road Trip” is one of the most beautiful trip reports I’ve ever read. It so perfectly captures the wonder and serenity of the American West. A must read.
